Her Full Story
Kiara's professional journey into the spiritual world began in 2013 when she starting working closely with Linda Coughlin, a well known Reiki Master, Massage Therapist & Teacher. In 2017, she started studying mediation, channeling & her intuitive connection to the divine under the mentorship of Wendy Carlson out of Circles of Wisdom. In 2018, Kiara received her certification in crystal healing & in May 2019 also got certified in Reiki I & II with Marino Fabris, Reiki Master. In 2020, Kiara also earned her certification in The Healing Angels of the Energy Field with Laura Haley.
In the beginning of 2020, Kiara found her body speaking to her in pain. A wise Shaman once said, pain is the bodies way of talking to us, showing us where we have areas to work on, though & overcome some of our most challenging moments. She was left with a list of chronic illnesses, trauma stored in her body, limiting beliefs that was holding her back, fear & confusion. Not only did Kiara believe that she always had "taken care of herself" but she was at a loss of where to turn to next. This dove her straight into her next part of healing: transforming her physical body. Through her kinda friend Tabatha, she found the Medical Medium, Anthony Williams. It took Kiara over 4 years to heal her physical body though nutrition, supplementation, trauma removal, lymphatic drainage & body work but she is stronger then ever before. Her energetic, emotional, spiritual & overall wellbeing completely transformed & her true purpose was revealed to her: to help empower others to transform their lives into strong, powerful & unapologetic souls.
After mastering her physical body, she was introduced to sound healing. Even though she had attended sound baths before (starting back in 2019) 2022 was the year she choose to further explore sound & its healing benefits. This not only unlocked to doors to continuing her self healing journey, but it unlocked the transformational healing benefits for her clients. It took Kiara's natural vibration & raised it to a level that she is able to visibly look at someone & see what their immediate mental, physical, spiritual & emotional needs are. She is here to empower you to heal yourself, be in sacred alignment with yourself & vibe high enough that you light lights up others.

His Full Story

Kevin's path to Yoga and meditation started in his early thirties, when he was experiencing immense back pain, muscle spasms, worry and anxiety, and felt a huge disconnection from his body and the world. It felt like he was mindlessly coasting through life.
The one bright light at that time was his wife, Kiara. She suggested he check out a Yoga class to help with his back pain.
After some thought, he gave it a shot.
He was immediately drawn to it. The movement was not stretching or exercise to him, but a moving meditation. He dropped into his body, felt the energy move around, and become more conscious, mindful, and present with life than ever before (or maybe since he was a young kid).
While attending more classes, he also started watching more Hatha Yoga videos at home (slow flow, vinyasa, power, etc.) and started to gain insight into asanas (poses) while developing his own at home practice.
He started lightly reading up on this ancient practice. Classes were a wonderful part of his rituals.
COVID hit. Kevin continued self studying and practiced maybe even more. He then yearned for deeper insight on the ancient philosophy and practice from teachers, and so he completed his 200 hr Yoga Teacher Training in 2021. During his teacher training they meditated a lot, as part of the curriculum. It was the best requirement he's ever been assigned.
By the end of the training, Kevin felt like he entered a whole new world. His perspective on himself and life itself completely changed. He felt more alive, more connected, more whole with everything.
Kevin's own rituals and practice shifted from strictly Hatha Yoga or asanas (poses) to Pranayama (breath extension or Prana control) and Meditation.
His teachings have transformed from teaching strictly Hatha Yoga/asana classes to more Meditation now, where the core of traditional Yoga philosophy, its purpose and its goal lies within.
Drawing from his ever growing knowledge, personal experience, and training, he wishes to provide others in modern life the opportunity to learn the different yogic techniques to enter into a meditative state, how to develop their own practice, and eventually how to live from that state more in their everyday lives.
He finds great fulfillment in helping others find greater harmony between mind and body, discover their true eternal spiritual nature, and learn the connection to all of life through the practice of Meditation and Yoga philosophy.
